About the academy
WASHINGTON TRACK & FIELD was founded for YOU.
If you are looking for dedicated coaches that are excited to share their knowledge and enthusiasm for track & field, then this is for YOU.
If you are looking for a fun team environment that celebrates each other’s greatness, then this is for YOU.
Whether you are the fastest athlete or the slowest, if you are dedicated to getting better, then this is for YOU.
RECENT SUCCESS: In the short existence of the Washington Track & Field Academy, athletes have already seen success at the local, state, national, and world level. At the most recent State Championships, Washington Academy athletes accounted for four state titles, a runner-up finish, and twenty-five total state berths from our small group. On the national level, we qualified ten athletes to various championships, including one national champion (high jump), two national freshman records (HJ and heptathlon), and one athlete that represented the United States in Colombia as part of the United States U20 team.
Our roster is full of athletes of all ages and abilities. While some are hoping to make their junior high conference championships, others have aspirations of winning state and national titles. We work hard to create programming that will help each athlete improve, regardless of their starting point or goals.
